Umrah Badal

In accordance with Islamic teachings, we provide Umrah Badal on behalf of those who are unable to perform Umrah due to illness, old age, or after passing away. This practice is supported by the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. It is narrated by Ibn ʿAbbās رضي الله عنهما that a woman said to the Prophet ﷺ: My mother vowed to perform Hajj but died before doing so.” The Prophet ﷺ replied: “Perform Hajj on her behalf.” (Sahih al-Bukhari).

Based on this authentic narration, our trusted representatives perform Umrah with sincere intention (niyyah), strictly following the Qur’an and Sunnah, seeking Allah’s acceptance and full reward for the person on whose behalf it is performed. “Actions are judged by intentions.” (Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim)

Hadith of Shubrumah

The Prophet ﷺ heard a man saying:

“Labbayk ʿan Shubrumah.”

He ﷺ asked:

“Who is Shubrumah?”

The man replied: “My brother (or relative).”

The Prophet ﷺ said:

«حَجَجْتَ عَنْ نَفْسِكَ؟»

“Have you performed Hajj for yourself?”

He said: “No.”

The Prophet ﷺ said:

«حُجَّ عَنْ نَفْسِكَ ثُمَّ حُجَّ عَنْ شُبْرُمَةَ»

“Perform Hajj for yourself first, then for Shubrumah.”

(Abu Dawood, Ibn Majah)
